Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost.  Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
